What is your cancellation policy? What if i’m running late?

We understand things come up and we do our best to try to be flexible when they do. We usually give you a call if you are 5-10 min late for your appointment and in the case you can still make it, we will do our best to squeeze you in for the service minus any extras. Our stylists operate on a tight schedule and we do not want them to run behind for the remainder of their day.

We have a 6 hour cancellation/no show policy.

Failure to cancel within the 6 hour time frame will result in being charged for the full service.

Can I leave a tip on my credit card?

Tips are cash only. We have an ATM conveniently located in the salon.

why does every stylist charge different amounts?

A promotion to each level is based on numerous factors, including: demand, skill, experience and education. As a stylist moves up in levels, you will see a small increase in the costs of their services. This is reflective of the investment they have made in their professional development. Rest assured that EVERY stylist at Bespoke is talented and will give you a killer haircut. It’s up to you to choose which stylist best fits your needs & budget. Refer to the “Our Team” page for more info on each stylist!

I’m trying to book my complimentary 2 week touchup online, but i’m not seeing it listed. should I just book a full haircut and leave a note?

NO! Please do not do this. Touchups can be scheduled by calling or texting the front desk, but the best way is to just schedule it before you leave your haircut appointment. Also, touchups are booked on a first come first served basis and at times that are optimized for the stylist. We do this so that they do not lose out on potential income from a paid service. Please remember that this is a free service that is offered as a courtesy.

Do you guys offer kids cuts? and why aren’t they cheaper?

We allow children 12 and over. We love kids but this isn’t the atmosphere for young kids who don’t want to get their hair cut and are going to let everyone know about it. However, if your child is younger but you feel confident they can sit well for a cut, please reach out to front desk and we will ask your stylist if they would be willing to make an exception.

Children’s haircuts are the same price as our regular haircuts because they are just as much work and are scheduled for the same amount of time.

I always see dogs in the salon, can I bring my dog with me to my appointment?

Yes, and we encourage you to do so! However, like kids, please only bring your pup if you’re confident they will be well-behaved and non-disruptive to the business.

the blinds are always closed and the doors are locked for an hour in the afternoon, what gives?

We close up for an hour every day to take our lunch break as a group and to turn off the music, unwind, and reset for the rest of the day. Please don’t ring the doorbell or knock on the door. We know you have an appointment, and we will open back up 5 minutes before it. Don’t mess with our zen, dudes.

I see you guys have a bar. What kind of drinks do you serve? Can I come early to have a drink?

We do, and we’d love for you to use it! Coming early for a drink to unwind is always a good idea (unless it’s during our lunch hour). We also have a different drink special every Thursday.

For beer we always have Old Style, as well as rotating craft beers and seasonal selections. Check the home page for what is currently being served.

For whiskey, we proudly serve Whistle Pig, Bulleit, Basil Hayden, and Angel’s Envy. You know, the good stuff.

What does Bespoke mean? Why is the S capitalized?

Bespoke is a british term meaning custom tailored to a particular customer, aka “a bespoke haircut”. Bespoke is one word capitalized normally. Not Be Spoke, not beSpoke. Just bespoke. That is all.
