• Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
  • First missed appointment: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
  • Second missed appointment: 100% will be charged.
  Repeat offenders may lose online booking privileges.

• Parking: Convenient parking options include meters out front, the outdoor lot at Harrison & Dearborn, or nearby parking garages.

• Tipping: Options for tipping your stylist are Tippy (credit card tips), cash, or whatever digital form of payment your stylist accepts. For your convenience, there’s an ATM available in the salon.
